Changing Default Timeout

i downloaded a program from xteq system to fine tune
my pc but due to my ignorance i destroyed my pc

i set the default timeout for startup and shutdown to
1 sec for programs and services and as a result
everytime i start my computer and after loading my profiles,
it will automatically restart my com.

i think that the only way to solve it is to change or overwrite the registry values in command prompt

i've tried everything to emergency repair disk etc,
but still the prob persists.

any help/advice will be greatly apprepriated.

start in safemode , and check the result,,
if u can stay without logging out ,, send again and i will try to find the registry key ..

sigh
it just doesnt work
i've tried safe mode and the result is the same
i use auto logon for my win 2000 and after
loading my profiles it just restart
i think its because of the 1 sec timeout which
i have set, and btw i wasnt been log out,
the computer restarts itself

I think there is a problem in your profile , and I think you played with this software , which forced your PC to shutdown if there is a crash ,, and on the otherhand , the profile can't wait more than 1 second , because you played in this option too ..

Well ,, we have first to try previnting the PC to Shut Down ,,
you have to scan Registry , and to repair it !
