Changing Database Owner? Pls Help

Hi all

I have attached a new database to the Server and i've chosen a particular user to be the owner but when i viewed the properties the owner was labled as 'Machine Name/Administrator'. I can't change it? how can i do this! It used to work but now its not!

The machine is a P4 and having win2000 Pro installed! SQL Server 2000 too!

First change the owner to sa, you can then update the owner to the correct owner name.

eg
sp_changedbowner 'sa'
sp_changedbowner 'New Owner'

Do you know if it is possible to change the owner for views? I have about 30 views I need to change the owner.
