Changing Covering Ext. In Audix 1

This is kind of a weird one (to me, an Audix anti-guru)...

I'm trying to change the covering extension in Audix (version 5.1.41) from one attendant console that isn't used after 5PM to an auto-attendant that will route the call to a manned extension 24 x 7. I've tried changing the extension (page 3 of the change system-parameters features page) to that of the auto attendant, but I get a message from Audrey Audix stating that the extension is busy. However, if I press *8, I can transfer to the auto attendant.

What am I missing? Thanks.

Look at your CALL TRANSFER OUT OF AUDIX Transfer Type: enhanced_cover_0 This may be restricting your call.
