Changing coverage path on a virtual station

Hello -

We have a DID (4005) that comes into a X-ported or virtual station, during business hours we route this number using coverage path 15 (in Cov path 1 Field) to a coverage answer group. The office is now changing hours every day, sometimes a lunch, sometimes at 3:30 etc. Using TOD routing is not easy because this often happens out of the blue. I was hoping to use the coverage path 2 field to route to another number when they close.

Is there a way for another user to dial in the feature code etc and change the coverage path, with out this being a physical phone? What is the correct sequence for that command? and can it be put on a speed dial button?

Speed Dial Button? Sure. either program it in to the phones address book/contacts OR setup up a feature button with abbreviated dial access that dials the digits out.
