I have a BCM 400 with BCManager 3.6, I log as supervisor, I can see system, ressours, services, management, diagnostic. I need to change some CLID. some knows how to do it?

Thanks

What needs changing? Names on sets, outbound Calling line ID (if so, what type of trunking), Inbound display on a particular extension?

Need more specifics here....

for exmaple, actually, my direct line is 1234,. but when I call my mobile, it show 1111 (main number) so if I want to see 1234 on my mobile, where can I change this?

thanks

Set the OLI under the set.

What doesn't kill you only makes you stronger.

the problem is that I can see the set menu.... I have a BCM 200 and I have no problem to administrate it, but for the BCM 400, I can't connect using the BCM element manager, I need to connect using the Java unified manager, I can login aas supervisor, and then I can see on the left side, a "tree" with System(blue), Ressources(red) Services (green),Management(yellow), diagnostic (blue), they have some sub tree...when I click on...but I can't find "set" or DN.... I think I am not using the correct software to connect. what do you use?

Thats the right interface. Open services then telephony services, sets, active sets, choose the correct dn, line access I believe. You are looking for the public OLI. Put in the 10 digit number you want to outpulse, then if your carrier allows it, it will work.

ok, I can see services, then telehony services but nothing under telephony services. on the same level I can see Doorphones, Ip Telephony, Call Details....

but I can't open the "tree" under Telephony services, is it because I don't have enough right?

tHanks

No chances are you recently upgraded your Java on your PC. You need to downgrade your JAva then try again.

What doesn't kill you only makes you stronger.

this box is in new Zealand, so I am connecting via jumb box....Java is bad with remote desktop, is there a way to do it via Telnet? I can access the Nortel menu via telnet,

No, thats a different menu.

The PC your using to connect, what Ver of Java are you using?

This is a Signature and not part of the answer, it appears on every reply.

This is an Analogy so don't take it personally as some have.

Why change the engine if all you need is to change the spark plugs.

I have java 1.6 (standard edition 6)

Thanks

If that BCM does not have the JAVA patch installed, you will need to roll back the JAVA on the PC to 1.5 or below.

Can I get a copy of the JAVA patch for the BCM 3.7 or is it included on the 3.7 SU3 patch? I also need the SU3 Patch.

What should I enter if I want a Blank/hidded CLID? And how can I generate a call via the unified manager to check what CLID I receive ? thanks
