Can I change to a differnt CCR tree at say 5pm?? And if so how do you do it? I have NAM ver 2.12 and a MICS R1T1 software. The only difference in the two trees is one transfers to a internal DN and the other tree transfers to a external phone number, otherwise all else is the same. Or any ideas on other methods of dialing out from a help desk phone after hours to a external phone number would be great.
Thanks

ahh err upgrade to the new call pilot ? On a nam 2.20 there is no way of changing ccr as per time of day the only thing I can think of is to record your ccr recordings in your greeting tables and omit the steps that do not apply.

You could upgrade your R1T1 to 4.1 and externaly call forward the DN at the end of the day. Or put a seperate "after hours" option in your tree that does not have a presence in the anouncement. Then change all your anoucnements around so that the material the customer hears is all in the Greetings not in Path 0. Then change your greeting table timer to suite. Not sure if digits are selectable at the greeting anounce. Non recorded AAs and Path 0s will be nearly invisible to a caller as the silence portion is short.
