We are using Aloha version 6.2, and have changed processors. Radiant systems will not help us change without paying an additional $300. Does anyone know how to change information, we are in a rural area and still have to use dial up.

In EDC

Stop EDC processing.
Functions - Processors - Add
Select processor type from list.
Select processor - Edit
type in information from sheet.

Select Cards in Function Menu
change to apropriate processor.
Start EDC processing.
Test Cards

To Coorsman Thank You so much! Just got fax from Radiant that it will actually cost closer to $500 because we are on dial up there will be a travel charge and we are over an 1 1/2 hrs from their office.

Your welcome - Let me know if you need any more help.

Cheers,
Coorsman

to coorsman, our new processor is not one of the processors listed in edc

fcpr,
what is the processor you are changing to? Some have different names than those listed.

Ask your processor what platform they use - visanet - rbs - etc.

Cheers,
Coorsman
