Changing Carrier Code when dialing out

Hi,

I have an LG Aria 20, which has 2 PSTN lines. We have moved the lines to a different carrier, but now when we call out, a message from our old carrier says we cannot make phone calls.

When I place a prefix for our new carrier, the call is fine.

Where do we change the settings on the system to default to our new carrier.

I don't know lg aria 20, but it is problerly the same
thing

lcr is main menu 10.
sub menu 5 is the digit modification table.
flex 1 is added digit table ( change for the new carrier code.
