I have a OPT81C that I need to change a card in. I am wanting to replace a analog line card with a universal trunk card. The analog card does not have any tns programmed on it. Is this some thing that can be done fairly easy. If so can someone give me some direction for how to go about doing this. I have enabled and disabled cards but have never actually replaced one witha a different type.

Replacing an analog card with a UTC won't be a problem. Disable your analog, remove it, and then put the new card in.

I would verify no jumpers on your MDF first for those TN's though.

you may want to add cardslt, then disble.. since the card has no stations programed, it may not allow disc.. there is not a card map (rolm) so programing the 1st tn on the trunk card does the build
