Changing CallPilot DN CLID table

Our CallPilot DNs are in the range of 770x, while our DID range is 15xx - 19xx. So, when CallPilot dials out (for remote notification or faxes), the number that gets sent to the network for CLID is invalid (i.e. 402555770x -- those numbers belong to some other company).

I see that the CallPilot DNs are defined as sets of type 2008. Can I just edit the CLID table number on key 0 of those "sets" with a table number that would send a static CLID instead? Didn't want to screw something up since these are special TNs that CallPilot has control over.

If I shouldn't edit directly in LD 20, where do I change it in CP Manager?

Thanks as always,
Matt

Clid is handled by the PBX and not CallPilot. It is associated with the SCN key 1. DO NOT under any circumstances make a change to the port in programming without it being deacquired. CallPilot acquires the ports and if you make a change you can mess up the ACD pointers causing corruption.

My suggestion would be to contact your vendor and set up a maintenance window where you can take CallPilot out of service to make these changes.

Thanks! I took CP down over the weekend and updated the SCN key on each of the CallPilot TNs. Now the Caller ID is correct on calls that it places.
