Changing BFS_CFW yes to no on an 11C 1

Can I change the Call forwarding functions on the Busy Forward Status keys to not forward on an 11c Ver 23

Referencing: In CDB under FTR_DATA change BFS_CFW to NO.
That applies only to the BFS call forward functionality.

I cannot see the BFS_CFW under FTR_DATA to change it to (N0) or I may be missing a step?

I do not remember which release it was but you had to install a patch to be able to get that turned off.I am not sure if that was the case with release 23 or not.

Thankyou for the input. I will check further for patch information and if I can even get it. Thats what it seems like; its as if the ability to change the BFS function is not available to me on my PBX.
