Changing banner herald output

On SuSE Linux, how can you change or disable the Operating System info that you see when connecting to the server to login. For example:

SuSE Linux 7.0 (s390) - Kernel 2.2.16 (3).

test-linux login:

I would like to replace the version with short warning message like "Authorized users only" or something like that.

I don't know for sure on SuSE, the file is /etc/issue on RedHat.
