changing an ACD queue

I need to change an ACD queue for an extension from an existing queue to its own queue. I also have a stand alone extension that needs to be added to its own ACD queue so that reports can be generated. The key 0 are set up with ACD queue and Agent number on the first extension that needs to be changed. The other extension has SCR (of its extension number) on key 0 this needs to be set up as the ACD queue and agent number and key 8 should be the SCR (ext number) but has ADL 16 plus ext number on this key. I need to know what commands and loads I need to do the change. I am new to TTY have used MAT. As I cannot get this to change in MAT, I need to change it on TTY.

You can change the ACD Q'es in ld 23 and you can change the sets in ld 11 or 20 hope that helps
