I am trying to phase out my Call Master III's and change to 2420's. The agents however don't like the fact that the calls waiting in Queue don't continually display. On the old Callmasters it would stay on the display as long as you were logged in. On the new 2420's you have to push the vu-display button each time you want to see it. Am I missing something or is there a way to get these calls waiting to continually stay on the phone display for the 2420? Thanks TB
