Your Backup Exec services are most likely running under the Administrator Account.
To fix...
1.Go into the Services applet (under Control Panel - WinNT or under Administrative Tools - Win2K)
2. Go into the Properties of each Backup Exec service. You will see Administrator as the "Log on as". Just change the password there to match your new Administrator password.
NB: Do this in each Backup Exec service and restart them. You only need to do this when you change your Administrator password.
