Changing Account Passwords?

Two stage question this one.

1. How would I be able to force ALL users passwords to expire and require changing at next logging without going through all entries individually?

2. Once I've achieved this, How would I be able to set a default expiry date of 30 days on passwords so as to increase security on the network.

I think, your mind will be done through ADSI. But HOW, you should check the GUID for more details. ------------------------------------
