I found that 7442 is in ACD, can I just change the ACDN or do I need to out and bebuild? And if I have to rebuild how do I add back the existing MCDN and associated TN's?

You will need to out all the VML ACD agents because KEY 0 is set to 7442, you will also need to change your SDN in voicemail to reflect the new ACD number

OLD ROLMEN WORKING ON NORTELS AND AVAYA

You do not need to OUT the ACD sets in 7442 - you could simply create the new queue, ex: 7443 then do an chg to Key 0 on each set. one thing to verify is that the sets you are trying to change are not acquired in Symposium or Call Pilot. Do not put in the position ID though or you will get a SCH. Just type in CHG .... Key 0 ACD and the new queue number 7443, and <cr>.

The only thing that concerns me, is that these sets are labeled (DES) VM1, VM2... Are they Call Pilot ports? If they are, and you intend to make these changes, you could take Call Pilot out of service. You would need to make Config changes (switch) in Call Pilot to bring it back into service. Stat 14 (in LD 32). Is your Call Pilot in slot 14?

No Call Pilot, it is/was MerMail. But we are using a another VM platform that I send calls to via a CDP on the DN. I just need to reclaim DN 7442.

Out the TN's in reverse order in LD 11
REQ: out
TYPE: SL1
TN: 14 0 2 3.

Then out the ACD DN in LD 23. That will free up your DN.
