If I change the code a recompile a DLL project, the EXE file return an error ActiveX cannot create object, and I have to recompile the EXE again, is there a solution that I missed?
Not sure - have you checked the version compatability stuff in project proprties?
I did, but the documentation is not clear on this, I hope someone had the same problem and would give some advice.

I have an EXE with 12 seperate DLL's that are used. I have occasionally had this same problem and found that for some reason the new DLL did not register properly.

Manually registering the new DLL normally fixed the problem
