Changes to ACD dn's

I know there are corruption issues with moving acd sets but can you/should you use the change command to change the acd dn on a set? Our call center has grown and they would like to puch the supers Acd dn up further on the dn list. should I out and rebuild? We are at S3 on a 81.

Unless you want to take a chance corrupting your Database. You should always Deaquire, OUT, Rebuild and Reaquire any ACD Phone.

i will second that... you can save a few minutes, but don't. at the worst possible time, one change will ini the switch and put it in a big loop... be sure to pop the disk before you try a cold boot.. at least the backup should load
