Changes in files: user.MYD, user.MYI and my.ini Version:3.23.55 => 4.1

Help,

I need to know what has changed or where I can find what has changed in the following files since the
Version MySQL 3.23.55 to 4.1 :

- user.MYD /mysql/data/mysql/
- user.MYI /mysql/data/mysql/
- my.ini /Winnt //on MS Systems
