We had a layoff last week and had to change all of the Admin ID passwords because we let go on of the IT staff. We have 3 5.5 exchange servers and 1 2000 server. After the change we can't get email to flow to the 2000 server without changeing the password back to the original one.

There are 4 spots in the ADC to change the 5.5 service account password and one in the group properties in the 2000 exchange admin program.

Is there some where else we need to change it to make it work?

I may not have read this right, but did you change it in the services? I know it seems obvious, but you never know - people tend to forget about it.

In 5.5 when you change the password in the admin program it changes it in the services related to exchage automaticly. I did however reboot the machine to make sure they all started with no logon errors.
