Changeing agent state programmatically

Does anybody know of a way to change an agent's state (DND, enabled/disabled from a group) without using TAPI?

I was thinking the same thing about VM Pro/using that mechanism but it does everything except log the agent in/out

It will also show group status and who's logged In/out, or do you mean I didn't list it above or have I missed the point entirely

Using an offline config mean there are no changes in the config.
If some one log out or disables a group or some thing else this will be overwritten by the offline config

I thought that is what he was after i.e a semi automated way of controlling these settings to his presets, if it is to be event/statistic triggered then yep I am talking cr4p
