Hello,

I always had to look up the password and got tired of it. I changed the password to "shark" and it wouldn't take. I finally got it to take by entering two slow enter keys after I typed it. Now I can't log in anymore. I am remote to the site. I've tried sharkCR, shark>C, shark.., etc. until the cows come home. I know now that it must be a seven letter password and not to use the enter key but I didn't know that last night and now I can't get into the thing anymore.

Any ideas?

Thanks!

Gotz to go on-site, use 7 characters. Looks like you got bit by the shark. ... sorry, I couldn't resist.

Thanks,

The site is out of state. Can it be done from the reception phone so I could talk their computer guy through it?

Thanks!

Keith

Unfortuneately not. Did you try the original password just to see if it actually changed? Last resort, have them ship the PCMCIA card to you, read it, and find out what the password is, or, reset the password to a seven character and save it to the PCMCIA card then return it to the customer with instructions on how to reset to the new card configuration.
