Okay, I'm in a definite bind. I have a Dell Inspiron laptop running Windows XP Pro. I was having trouble accessing our server today (though I've never had trouble before). My network settings were set to: Domain: CLAYTONET I checked another office computer, and saw that it was set up on Workgroup CLAYTONET, not domain. I figured that might be the problem, so I switched the laptop to CLAYTONET workgroup and restarted. Now I can't logon! I really need this running, as I'm leaving on business Monday am. I don't know what the username and password are to get into the computer, and mine aren't working. We're a small company, and don't have any real standards on admin passwords, and I don't have an IT guy on staff. Can anyone help?

there are a couple of things dell can do. number for portables support is 1-800-624-9896 x69219. this is home and home office user though. otherwise you might try this number 1-800-456-3355 x68182 for small business user support.
