Put a valid email address in the IP Office Voicemail Windows Control panel and that will be your from address. The email comes from avaya@jamesburg.local but the name in AD isnt being substituded for the default Avaya name. Basically I would like the from to be: "Voicemail" <avaya@jamesburg.local> not "IP Office Voicemail Pro Server" <avaya@jamesburg.local> Upvote 0 Downvote
