Is there anyway to change the sender name on the voicemail emails. Currently they come from: IP Office Voicemail Pro Server

Put a valid email address in the IP Office Voicemail Windows Control panel and that will be your from address.

Oh man. I wanted to hear the address he had in mind. You give it up quicker than France in a war.

I have it coming from a valid user in AD/Exchange.

The email comes from avaya@jamesburg.local but the name in AD isnt being substituded for the default Avaya name.

Basically I would like the from to be:

"Voicemail" <avaya@jamesburg.local>

not
"IP Office Voicemail Pro Server" <avaya@jamesburg.local>
