As the Administrator how do I change or set a temporary password on an existing account?

Notes passwords are stored within the user.ID file....the only way I know of is to go to a backup ID and use that (With a known backup password.....or...if you are accessing the mai account...make sure admins have rights to all created accounts and access from admin control
