XXX XXX 1340 is a Working Extension 1416 Digital Phone
XXX XXX 1640 IS A Working Extension 9641 IP Phone

I want to swap Extensions

Change 1340 to a non-working extension 1699
Change 1640 to 1340
Change 1699 to 1640

Assistance Please

How are you trying to do this? Swap station feature in ASA is good for digital or analog phones but does not work for IP phones.

Have you used the 'change extension-station' command?
