Our IT Department has the Port programmed to Shut Down the Port if you unplug the 9641 Phone
Need to Relocate Personnel
If I unplug the 9641 Phone the Port will Shut Down

When I Use Change User Extension-System
The Extensions Do Not Change

Assistance Please

I recently was told by Avaya that if you are 8.1.3.4 and 8.1.3.5 you will likely have issues with this exact command unless you remove other references to the object (which obviously negates the use of this command).

If you are on a different 8.1.x release then I'd do the list usage and see what you can find.
