Hi there,

After a powercut, some of our phones (mostly 1120s, some 1140s) appear to have defaulted to a different TN. Does anyone know how to change the TN used from the set itself?

Many thanks,
Greg Allen

Hello Greg

Reboot some of the affected phones again in case they has registered to a different signalling server. Whilst at it, check if your signalling server is as expected. Log into the CS1000 and in LD 117 use the command "STAT SS"

You might have a main and a follower in service. Also, some of your sets might have registered to the media card instead of the Sig Server. Look on the actual media card for any LED indication.

In some cases, after a power cut, the boot up of applications complete at different stages and don't fully sync up. Usually the Core telephony server needs to be on line first and then reboot the sig server afterwards. Also the Call Pilot voicemail or ACD serevrs (if you have any) need to be reset if you have any problems.
