The recording would be changed in the RAN announcer. The ACD que you posted is a dummy que.

Kinda depends on if it's a external RAN or a Miran card, any idea what you have? Are you just wanting to change what the message says?

I have two RAN routes and a MIRAN route. I called the ACOD of each and the recording is not what I want but the MIRAN asks for a login.
Just wait to change what the message say. The young lady who's voice was used is still hear and she said she went in the office and spoke on the phone but doesn't know what was done to set it up.

If it's asking for a login the you are dialing the TUI access code. Use admin for the user and admin000 for the password

If 5100 is the "true" number you are dialing and hearing a message then it could be an ACD-Q that forwards to voicemail. The number for NCFW is 4000 if that is your voicemail main number then you change the recording in voicemail. Changing the recording in voicemail will depend on the type of voicemail system you have.

Nodal, that's what I'm thinking but don't know enough about this stuff. I can dial 4000 and it asks me for my number and I enter 5100 and it asks for a pin.
Meridian Mail
Serial Num: D17354

KCFLHRC, in my post I miss spelled 'want' I put 'wait' by mistake. Just want to change the message.

Most people keep those PIN's simple in Mer Mail, like 0000, 1234, etc. But it truly could be anything. You would have to get into Mer Mail to change it if need be.

We tried some different numbers but didn't want to lock it up, can we be locked out?

I haven't touched MerMail in years, not sure if you can lock out the application or not.

Oh and if I OUT the ACD and put it back in then it would have the default login, correct?

I don't think it's an ACD issue, it's an application issue in Mail

If you dial 4000 that is voicemail main number to retrieve messages for mailboxes. If it is a true announcement or menu you need to find the prompt maintenance number. You need to go to the VSDN table in Mer Mail, it will be listed there. It may also list 5100 and what it may be pointing to (menu, announcement or TOD.) I think from Mer Mail main menu it might be opt 3, then opt 3 again or opt 3 then opt 4 -can't remember the option names off the top. When you get to the right section it will list VSDN, menu service, announcements... Check there first. When a call enters VM it will check the VSDN table first then mailboxes.

Mer Mail Main Menu--->VOICE ADMINISTRATION then select VOICE SERVICES ADMINISTRATION from the menu...I think the VSDN option is here

If you dial 5100 you get the recording with options, press one for Bill, press two for Bob and so on. Not sure what it's call.

Sounds like a menu service (MS.) You still have to get to VSDN opt in voice services administration menu. From there you can see what 5100 is pointing at. Get back to the voice service admin menu and select Menu Service (opt 6 I think). There you can change the password for the application and re-record.

How do I actually get in to the Mer Mail Main Menu?
