Change the Docs folder directory

Dear All
Is it possible to change the default document directory to another folder to avoid the user to have access to the program folder easily
I am afraid that some users once there go and delete program files by mistakes

Which default document directory?
Set the user's permissions to read only on the program directory so that they can't delete program files.

from the menu Help/documentation we have access to the folder SageProgram/Docs/ENG but I would like to change that to another folder on the server
to avoid them checking the folder SageProgram
