Hello all. I have a report that calcualtes shipping quantities. i have a cople of fields [NUMBER OF UNITS A] [NUMBER OF UNITS B] AND [NUMBER OF UNITS C]. If there are 0 units, i would like the 0 not to be visable. i cant just delete the 0 because if i do, the calculation at the end screws up and shows no data. is there a way to either make it not visable if the number is 0 or, change the font color to white if it is? any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

All you need to do is format the text boxes.

You can make the format something like this:

#,##0;#,##0;""

The first format is for positive numbers (#,##0), the second is for negative numbers (#,##0) and the third is for zeroes ("").

Wow! that was even easier than i thought. And the responce time was amazing. Thanks very much!
