Ho do I change the buffersize for TCP/IP. It is defaulted to 64k and it is saiud that can be set upto 4gb, any idea how?

You make no mention of what hardware or software you plan to run TCP on. As you may imagine it will differ, and we do not have a clue what you own.

This article hints that 48k to 64k is a good range.

This site has a test to see if your receive buffer is set right for a number of OSs

I tried to remain child-like, all I acheived was childish.

Windows, I am having probelm with my data being cut off, I was going to see if increasing buffer size will solve the problem.

So far as I know receive buffer size is only a performance option, never a funtionality option. The second URL should take you to a Windows (several versions, all different) friendly tester with a DrTCP program to tweak each version.
