Change Sum in Crosstab to Count

Hi, I'm new to BO and would appreciate any assistance to help me get through this first hurdle as I've always used excel in producing my reports. I'm using BO 5.1 and Db is Access. Below is a sample data I used.
id Type Region
233 Lamp West
334 Plug North
5 Bulb South
5 Frame West
55 Lamp East
888 Bulb West
When I tried to insert a crosstab in BO, I got the result below:

sum of id Region
Type East North South West Grand Total
Bulb 5 888 893
Chandelier 334 334
Frame 5 5
Lamp 55 233 288
Grand Total 55 334 5 1126 1520

How can I change it to give me Count instead of sum. Below is the Output I expect:

Count of Product_id Region
Type East North South West Grand Total
Bulb 1 1 2
Chandelier 1 1
Frame 1 1
Lamp 1 1 2
Grand Total 1 1 1 3 6

Define the measure as =count(<product_id>), but be aware that the count function in BO really does a 'count distinct' action..
