Change style of TOC '97 1

Hello,

Having inserted a TOC in Word 97, is there an easier way to update the style of the TOC rather than having to reinsert a TOC, as I have been?

Bascially, you need to modify TOC styles:

Click on the TOC, go to Format on menu bar, Styles, select TOC1 and/or TOC2, Modify button below.

Thanks for that, it helped, somewhat. I haven't delved too much into reformatting the TOC via "Format" till now. I am wondering if it is just possible to replace the TOC style with another of the preset styles...without much of a hassle.

However, I am now thinking that was a Stooopid question to start with!
