I need to change the size of the minimised title bar.

I recall changing the size of the minimised title bar once from the windows registry but have forgotten how.

does any one know?

Do you mean the Taskbar at the bottom of the screen? Can you clarify what you mean by "minimized title bar" and what you are trying to do?

Have a look at line 97 here.

Resize the taskbar.

You can resize the taskbar to create additional space for buttons and toolbars.

Right-click an empty area on the taskbar. If Lock the Taskbar has a check mark next to it, the taskbar is locked. Unlock it by clicking Lock the Taskbar, which removes the check mark.

Point to the edge of the taskbar until the pointer changes into a double-headed arrow, and then drag the border to make the taskbar the size you want.

no i dont mean task bar, i mean minimised title bar, that is in other words the button which resides on the title bar.
i have changed the size once using the windows registry but have forgotten how it is done.

u jogged my memory, it is in windowmetrics allright, u have to add a DWORD called MinWidth and give a value below 154 pixels to make the title bar smaller.
