Change set ncos from console

Yes...I am a complete newbie! With that out of the way, can someone please be kind enough to show me the steps of assigning a key on the console to give the attendant the option of changing the NCOS of sets from their position.

You can read about Controlled Class of Service in the Software Feature Guide.
You have to set up the change capability in the Customer Data Block LD 15. Print the information first in LD 21.

Usually the change is from a restricted station to an unrestricted station, but you can go the other way too.

You can program a key for COS on the console in LD 12.
You can program a COS key on any digital phone in LD 11.
Always print the phone first in LD 20. Then change. Then print again.

You must also change the CLS of the phones to be changed to CCSA in LD 10 for analog and LD 11 for digital.

We put the COS key on secretary's phones to control access to Conference Room phones.
