change record source in subform windows

I have a switch boardwith an menu setting on the left and a banner along the top EG

i have multiple forms i want to disply in the empty space EG Members, Activities ETC.
i tried using a subform window but got an error while attemping to change to another form

Any ideas?

Make sure there are not link master/child field values in the subforms. Next, stack the subforms on top of each other and set their .Visible property to No. Then use code to make all but the one you want invisible and the one you want visible.
