Hi! I'm trying to change the DN that appears in the field "switch properties" of the CallPilot. When I set up an auto-attendant for some lines, always listen the recording that is associated to voicemail dn 4215 and ignores the greeting table I associated with the lines.
Is there any solution other than reset the CallPilot? Thanks!

Sounds like 4215 used to have a phone and mailbox attached instead of Call Pilot and 4215 is Call Forward No Answer or Call Forward Busy to voicemail.

To changes the 4215 you have to go into the KSU configuration and perform a DN change under System Programming.

What is KSU? I only have programs "bcm element manager" and "CallPilot".

Thanks.

The models of Ip Phone are: 2001 and 2004

Use Element Manager to go into the BCM to change 4215 to 5000 for example. We always use 5000 as the voicemail DN on all of our systems for continuity.

If I change DN 4251 (application DN) to 5000 I hear a locution that says "the user you are calling is not available, please insert extension..." and the locution of the voicemail asociated to DN 4251 does not play. The problem is that even the call comes through the line that I have in the auto-attendant mode (I see through BCM Monitor), I am unable to hear the company greeting that I have recorded in the greeting asociated to that line.

Thanks.
