So our 911 works everywhere but this one location we just got a new PRI, and our states 911 department was saying that the information being sent wasn't correct. So after months and months of trying different things with us and the ISP, the only solution they found was to have me enter 2,000 some entries into the unknown public display as their own number so for example Ext length 4, ext code 1111 CPN 1234561111 Total CPN Len 10. Which is making it so every nurse, etc that calls a patient, their direct number is showing up. This does not seem right to me. I don't think any company would have an expectation that you can't mask certain numbers. But when masked apparently 911 isn't getting the correct info. Just looking for some knowledge on the subject. Using Avaya CM 6.2 at the core, they have a MG g700 with their own PRI.
