Is there any way to change the order of the pop up proxy list (bottom left hand corner) in GW 6.03? We have a user here who has to access 43 resource accounts to schedule conference rooms (I feel this is too much for GW to handle) and needs to reorganize them so that it will work for her. Actual employee calendars that she has proxy access to are mixed in with the rest of the list. Right clicking and dragging and dropping to reorder doesn't work... Any ideas please send my way! Thanks.

Change Proxy List Order

Modify proxy list order - no feature in GW to alphabetize this (at least that I found). You can manually go in and remove all users from the list and re-enter them in the order that you want them to appear. As you add them to the proxy list, this is the order in which they will stay. In essence you are manually alphabetizing them.
