Is there a way to change the prices in back-end in DB or something in Micros RES 3700, so we don't have to change it one item at a time? Last time it took hours.

Thank you for any help or tips.

You can, but you have to know your way around SQL.

Are you EM controlled mxap? If so there is a price wizard tool that you could use.

I don't think so. Not sure what EM controlled is.

Possibly Enterprise Management? I'm interested in this price wizard. Manually entering prices is a pain in the ass--I speak from experience

Sarajayne,
It is a setup for 3700 that controls all your locations from a corporate level. They have a price wizard that creates a new price record and you can import/export a csv file to get the data needed for pricing.
Pretty useful for companies with multiple locations.
