Change PIN from CM 4.0.1

Does anyone know how we can change a PIN when it has been assigned to the dadmin login? We want to change this but are not able to. Someone has made a wrong PIN and needs to be changed.

add another login, put it in susers/profile 3 (prof3), then in CM do an "enable craft2 <loginname>", now login using this alternative craft login, and in CM do a "change pin dadmin", you should be able to reset it.

Also, this additional login will need its own PIN setup, when you first login with it.

I am trying to add a secondary Dadmin type login. When I get to the prompt to enter a new pin it tells me incorrect pin after I enter it a second time. I've tried multiple times and am sure I am not typoing the password on the second try. any suggestions? CM4.0

Did you "enable craft2 <loginname>", before you try using this login? It also MUT be in "susers/prof3"

You can't add a secondary dadmin type. As Mitch is telling you, you have to add a second craft login.

I guess I do not have appropriate permissions to do this as "craft2" is not an option presented to me after "enable
