change passwords setting

How do you create a setting to change user passwords every 90 days on certain Organizational groups? Can someone tell me where to click on a Windows 2003 Server Standard. I looking for step by step instructions.

First of all, you can't do that at the ou level. It has to be done on the domain level, in a group policy.
