Change Password Remotly

Dear All :
We need to change some user's password remotly using a tool ..
The one who will change these user passwords don't have an Administrator privillage ..
The Tool I need will act with the administrator privillage ..
Any idea about tool like this ... ?

What's wrong with the ADUC snap in?
 
The Active Directory Users and Computers is a built in tool. Can't you use this? You can delegate the ability to reset passwords to a non admin user:

I need a tool rather than the snap-in ..
so that I can use them while I am loggin through another Domain ..

You should be able to use the snap in for this....just make sure that when you launch it you provide credentials. or you can right click it and choose RUN AS

If the above is not really what you want to do you may want to consider purchasing a product which I think provides what you are looking for.

I assume you want to provide an interface to a "non-technical" user to perfrom tasks such as "Change Password", "Create User" and "Add to Group" without having to use the MS built in tools.

You should take a look at NetIQ Directory and Resource Administrator. Basically it will provide a web-based TASK interface that will allow a non-technical user to perfrom these functions. It requries some setup but once it is running you do not need any MS tools knowledge to perform tasks within AD.
