Change password on Reporting Contact Centre IVU?

Hi

I have had the reporting for contact centre running on the customers machine now for over a year they have preformed some changes and have forgoten the logon for the RCC install verification utility it gets to the 8th test after passing the previous but it asks for password which default is CCRS this does not work!

any ideas

Go to the admin screen and connection change it there.

the local ip address/rcc?

the default username admin and 0000

wont allow me in either!
