okay this works fine from inside the network, the minute anyone tries from outside they are getting a 10061 ISA connection refused error. SSL is set up and everything else works fine, I have gone through all kinds of articles on how to configure SSL for OWA and everything appears to be setup correctly. So any ideas what is going wrong? I have applied the hotfix for password pages from MS on the Exchange server, does it need to go on the ISA server as well?

Change password on OWA not working

yes, even went so far as to reboot. The thing that baffles me is that it works inside. I have tried several differents permissions on the web site and that doesn't help. I deleted and recreated the IISPWDADM virtual directory from scratch and it did not help.
