Change Overall System Operator Extension

Hello All,

I have a small 4 line Nortel Meridian system in my office, and I need to change over all operator extension to another extension. Currently the system is forwarding all calls that are going to the operator to a certain extension, that user has configured forwarding on their extension to another extension. I would like to fix this so the proper person recieves the operator calls, before a third party gets involved.

you might want to post this on a key system forum. most of us don't work on systems that size and don't know the program tree by heart
