Currently when an outside caller calls and presses "0" it say the operator is not avaialable, and sends the caller to the general delivery mailbox. Where is this setting and how can I change it so during the day it goes to an extension and after hours it goes to generale delivery mailbox. Nortel netwoks Call Pilot
